Hello! I am Karen Wolfe, physician, author and speaker on the connections between the Mind and the Body.

Mind-Body medicine is any method in which we use our mind to promote health and recover from illness. Research is clearly showing that our emotions, thoughts and feelings set off a specific flow of chemicals in the body. If emotions are routinely suppressed, if the mind and body are out of balance, it can play havoc with our health.

Your first step is to Assess your Mind-Body Balance
, which takes less than 10 minutes to complete and score. It will show how effectively you are currently using your internal mind/body communications network and will be a helpful baseline for you to work from.

The next step is to work with The Lessons from the beginning to the end. Each lesson builds on the one before. However, each lesson can also stand-alone and you may select the lesson you want to focus on and work from there.
