Chad Tackett, your personal trainer, received his B.S. in Exercise and Health Science from Oregon State University (Corvallis, OR) and is certified as a professional personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise. Additional professional education has included several dozen personal trainer/health-and-fitness seminars taught by fitness professionals from around the world, including "Heart Zone Training" (Sally Edwards), and "Shaping the Future of Exercise" (Dr. James Peterson and Dr. Cedric Bryant).

Chad himself is a regular guest lecturer to both professional and lay audiences on the principles of effective exercise and eating habits. Chad is the author of all the Move to Get Fit "on-line books", exercise instructions, customized programs, and has worked with more than two thousand men and women of all ages, interests, and special limitations.

More than three years of scholarship, research, and development has gone into the design and testing of the Move to Get Fit Program, a comprehensive resource that integrates all three components of a safe and effective exercise program: strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility training.
