Step 1. Assess your fitness level by taking our 3-Minute Step Fit Test

Step 2. Let us show you how to implement an exercise program that includes each of the three components of fitness: Strength Training , Cardiovascular Exercise, and Flexibility Training.

Step 3. Use our Fitness Tools to stay motivated and focused on your goals!

Step 4. After 10 weeks, take the 3-Minute Step Fit Test again to see how you've progressed.
